Why we built Afterservice.
I'm Mark, and together with Daan I founded Afterservice. From my years of experience in the IT sector, I kept seeing the same problems: inboxes overflowing with order emails, companies losing control over their devices, and repair processes no one was waiting for.
Daan saw how to solve that with technology. Together we built Afterservice: a platform that automates all those processes around workplace devices, from order to replacement. So IT resellers and MSPs can focus on what they do best: helping their customers.
